Health and the media symposium

The Health and the media symposium will be hosted by the Media Futures Research Centre at Bath Spa University.
This one day symposium will include a keynote talk from Professor Jenny Kitzinger (Cardiff University) and presentations on a range of topics including news representations of binge drinking, and public understandings of celebrity and cancer.
Key dates
Deadline for abstracts is Friday 25th February 2011.
The symposium will be held on Friday 22nd July 2011 at Corsham Court (the University's Centre for Research, Postgraduate Studies and Continuing Professional Development).
